The 15th ANNUAL CHARITY EVENT (with musical entertainment) at
MOOR HALL HOTEL, Moor Hall Drive, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield.
For Sunday Lunch 6th November 2011. (Charter Suite). 12.30pm for 1 pm.
In Support of Motor Neurone Disease Research at QE Hospital.
Dear Sirs/Madam,
Following last year’s very successful and entertaining event, I am writing to ask if you would like to participate in a wonderful Sunday lunch of good food, good music and good company at the 15th Charity Annual Lunch Event.
Monies raised on the day, in the form of an auction, raffle and a contribution per head from Moor Hall Hotel, will go to the MND Research Fund to support the ongoing fight against Motor Neurone Disease, both laboratory and clinical, at the QE Hospital, Edgbaston. The event this year is to be organised again by Tim Wilson from Arrow Courier Services Ltd in Partnership again with Gary Saunders from Churchill Office Solutions Ltd., who has supported the fight against MND for the last 16 years.
If you would like to join in this entertaining event please confirm your reservation by forwarding cheque for appropriate amount of £22.50 per person, payable to Arrow Courier Services Ltd at their *Smethwick address listed below, or to me at my Churchill office. If you are unable to attend yourself, please inform a colleague who may be interested.
If you feel you would like to donate a prize for either the auction or raffle on the day, or make a donation, with the proceeds going to support MND Research, and your Company or individual name featured in the programme, please let me know, as this would be most welcome.
The response for this Gourmet / Musical event promises to be high, and from the 2010 Event we had 100 people attending, and raised with donations over £6722.00 so do let us know early and book a date in your diary. Thank you in anticipation of your support, and a big thank you to all people who have assisted over the years.
